IELTS Speaking Part 1 – Good View
IELTS Speaking Part 1 – Good View
What is your favourite place? Why?
My favorite place has to be Arrowhead Stadium, home of the Kansas City Chiefs. Every game is an experience – the energy in the stadium is unmatched. It’s not just about the game, though. There’s something special about the atmosphere there, the crowd, and the tradition. Kansas City is my home, so this place holds a lot of pride and memories. The excitement, the fans, the whole vibe makes it a spot I’ll always enjoy. It’s more than just a stadium; it’s a part of the community, and I love being a part of that.
Would you take photos when you see a good view?
Yes, I do take photos when I see a good view. But here’s the thing – I prefer capturing just the view without people in the shot, if possible. It’s something about the pure beauty of the scene that I want to preserve, not the distraction of people. I feel like the focus should be on the landscape, the sky, or the scenery itself. People are great, but when I see a stunning view, I just want the photo to reflect that natural beauty, you know? It’s all about the atmosphere.
Have you seen an unforgettable and beautiful view or scenery?
Oh, absolutely! I’ve had the chance to travel to some amazing places, and I’d say the views in Da Nang, Vietnam, and in Thailand were unforgettable. In Da Nang, I remember seeing the mountains and the coastline blend perfectly. It was breathtaking. In Thailand, the beaches and crystal-clear waters were absolutely stunning – the kind of scenery you just want to keep looking at. Both places left me with a lasting impression. It’s one thing to see pictures, but experiencing those views in person? Completely different level.
What is the view like around the place where you live?
The view around my place is a mix of business and residential. It’s got a great balance – you’ve got the hustle and bustle of work environments, but at the same time, it’s relaxing. There’s something about the mix of calm and productivity that makes it unique. In the morning, you see the business side of things coming to life, and in the evening, it’s a bit quieter, giving you a chance to unwind. It’s perfect because you can focus on work but also find a peaceful spot when you need to recharge. It’s a good balance.
