Version 1
The flowchart outlines the procedure for entering a university after completing secondary school. In general, the registration process takes about two weeks to fulfill the necessary requirements.
High school graduates need to fill out an application form on the university’s website, which will then be sent to the admin for further review. After two weeks, the admin can either approve or reject the application. If rejected, the candidate has the option to submit another application for an alternative course. Alternatively, the admin may request additional documentation. In the case of the latter, the application goes through provisional acceptance, and the candidate must compile the necessary documentation before resubmitting it to the admin.
For those who receive acceptance, the candidate will be notified with a complete enrollment notification and proceed to select their subjects. The registration process will then be forwarded to the dean’s office, and once verified, the candidate will officially enter the university.

The flowchart diagram explains the university enrollment procedure for high school graduates. In general, the admin is the central point of the registration, and it can take up to two weeks to process the enrollment.
Once high school graduates obtain their diplomas, they can complete an application by downloading it from the institute’s website, where the admin will review it. If the application is rejected, the candidate can either cancel the application entirely or complete another application for an alternative course.
Meanwhile, if the application is accepted but requires additional requirements, it will be buffered to provisional acceptance. Once the necessary documents are processed, they need to be compiled for another review. In contrast, successful registrations can receive a complete enrollment acceptance, allowing them to select the needed subjects. Once this procedure is completed, it will go to the Dean’s office for registration. Finally, the high school student can enter the university.
