Since I shared my dorm room with six people when I was studying, I had a hard time concentrating. As a result, I had to go to the library at least twice a week, often more during exam weeks. It was difficult to study in my crowded and noisy dorm, so the library provided a more conducive environment for me.
What do you usually do in the library?
Sometimes, I need a different place to think and write, so I go to the library. It helps me overcome writer’s block and provides a quiet space for concentration. Additionally, I use the library to complete my homework and find books that are necessary for my assignments.
Did you go to the library when you were a child?
When I was young, I was fortunate to have a conducive learning environment in my room, so I didn’t face the need to go to the library often. I had a good internet connection and a computer, and if I needed help, I could always chat with my friends.
Do Chinese kids often go to the library?
Recently, due to parents being busy and unable to leave home, it has become common for them to bring their children to children’s libraries. The children can study and engage with books and technology there, and the parents can pick them up after a few hours. These libraries offer a variety of resources to keep the kids occupied rather than staying at home.
