How do you stay healthy?

Besides having a balanced diet and exercising, it is also important to get sufficient rest. Most of the time, people become sick because they don’t rest or sleep well, causing their bodies to deteriorate.

What are your favorite sports?

My favorite sports are basketball and badminton. I enjoy both participating in and watching them. However, due to other commitments, I have been engaging in these activities less frequently. Nevertheless, I hope to play more sports in the near future.

Are there health classes in your school?

It is more of a lecture-type class. Most of the time, teachers simply inform us about healthy living and the importance of consuming a well-balanced diet.

What sports help people stay healthy?

There are many sports that can help us stay healthy, such as basketball, which has numerous benefits. I believe basketball is an effective way to stay in shape as it enhances stamina and agility. Additionally, it contributes to our social well-being, promoting a healthy mind. Another sport is chess , which is beneficial for keeping the brain healthy.

Is it easy for people to exercise in your country?

  • Yes, although we have many daily responsibilities, we are encouraged to exercise or participate in sports. We have numerous gyms and open areas where we can build strength or go for a run. There is ample space for activities like yoga and running.
  • However, despite the availability of gyms and courts for exercise, many adults work overtime, leaving them with limited personal time. Instead of exercising, they often prefer to rest, considering their long day ahead. Consequently, people have less time for exercise.
